Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We do accept checks; however, we must receive the check and wait until the check clears (normally 7 days) before your order will be submitted to the manufacturer.
Q. Why are the furniture items on your website not priced?
A. All of the furniture manufacturers we work with have strict Internet Policies and Procedures and they prohibit us from posting prices for their products on our website. Please don't hesitate to contact us for pricing.
Q. How are your products shipped?
A. All products, other than the furniture, are shipped by UPS. The furniture orders will ship by common carrier, which means it will be dropped shipped to you without setup. The driver is only required to unload the items curbside. A drop shipment is an inexpensive way to ship your order and to minimize your delivery time. If, however, you require a white glove delivery service, where everything is delivered, unpacked and set up for you, please contact your sales representative.
Q. Do your prices include shipping?
A. No, our prices do not include the freight charge. The freight for all products, other than the furniture, will be paid at the time of ordering. The furniture freight charges are paid directly to the delivery driver at the time of delivery. We can give you an estimated freight delivery charge, based on the total weight of your order, as well as your zip code.
This will be an approximate price (normally no more than $30 over the estimate).
Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A. As long as you live in a state, other than Florida or Indiana, we will not charge you sales tax.
Q. Do you sell to commercial clients?
A. Yes. We have sold our furniture to country clubs, apartment complexes, hotels, restaurants and cafes. We offer great prices everyday, and furthers discounts to commercial buyers who are purchasing quantities of furniture.
